1 General Terms

1777bdt is an online betting and gaming platform that provides sports betting, casino games, and other entertainment gaming services for Bangladeshi users. These terms form a legal agreement between you ("Member") and 1777bdt ("Platform").

2 Account Registration

To create an account on 1777bdt, you must provide accurate and complete information. If you register with incorrect or false information, your account may be cancelled at any time and the account balance may be forfeited.

2.1 One Account Per Person

Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name — even from the same device or IP address within a household — all accounts will be closed immediately. Funds deposited and bonuses earned in duplicate accounts will be forfeited.

2.2 Accuracy of Registration Details

The name, date of birth, and mobile number provided at registration must be correct. This information is verified at the time of withdrawal. If any discrepancy is found in the provided details, the withdrawal request will be put on hold.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details — username and password — completely confidential. You must not give anyone else access to your account. You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account.

• Use a strong password — combining numbers, uppercase, and lowercase letters.
• It is advisable not to log in from public Wi-Fi.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact support immediately.

3 Age Verification and Eligibility

All services on 1777bdt are for persons aged 21 or older only. Please confirm that you are 21+. Keeping minors away from gaming or betting is part of our social responsibility.

At any time after registration, the platform may request a national identity card or other government document for age verification. The withdrawal process may be on hold until verification is complete. If you register with a false age, your account will be permanently closed and no funds will be returned.

3.1 Other Eligibility Conditions

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

To deposit and withdraw funds on 1777bdt, three mobile banking methods can be used: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

4.1 Deposit Conditions

• Once a deposit is completed, funds are generally added to the account within a few minutes.
• You must only deposit from your own mobile banking account — using someone else's account is prohibited.
• If there is a technical issue with a deposit, save the transaction reference number and contact support.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10–45 minutes. Withdrawal is only possible once the following conditions are met:

• Account verification must be complete.
• If the wagering requirements of an active bonus have not been met, the withdrawal may be held.
• The withdrawal method must be the same mobile banking number used to make the deposit.
• If unusual transactions or fraud are suspected, the withdrawal will be temporarily suspended and investigated.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

1777bdt's bonus offers are provided as extra benefits for members. Each bonus offer has its own terms that must be read before accepting.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Example: if a ৳1,000 deposit gives a ৳1,000 bonus, the total balance becomes ৳2,000; to withdraw the bonus, ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered.

5.2 General Terms for Other Bonuses

• Bonuses apply only to eligible deposits.
• Withdrawal from the bonus balance is not allowed before the wagering requirements are met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• If bonus abuse or attempting to complete wagering through artificial bets is detected, the bonus and any related winnings will be cancelled.
• Bonus offers have a set expiry — unused bonuses will be automatically cancelled after the expiry date.

5.3 VIP Cashback Program

Active members can be in one of four tiers based on their activity — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier provides a cashback on weekly net losses, ranging from a maximum of 0.3% at Bronze up to a maximum of 1.2% at Platinum.

6 Gaming Rules

All games operated on 1777bdt are run fairly. The outcome of each game is determined by a neutral Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which cannot be influenced by any person or party.

6.1 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each game and betting market. These limits are displayed within the game interface. The platform reserves the right to review individual betting limits in special cases.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a game remains incomplete due to a technical error or server outage, the result of that round will be voided and the bet amount will be returned. If anyone takes advantage of an error to make unusual profits, those winnings will be cancelled.

6.3 Cricket and Sports Betting

The odds and terms of sports betting markets may change up until a match starts. If a match is abandoned or does not finish within the scheduled time, specific rules regarding the outcome of bets will apply, which are clearly stated in each market.

7 Prohibited Activities

The activities listed below are strictly prohibited and, if detected, will result in the permanent closure of the account:

• Bonus hunting or placing artificial bets to complete wagering requirements.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Opening an account by concealing identity or providing false information.
• Using the platform for money laundering.
• Using software or bots to place bets automatically.
• Cyber attacks against the platform's systems or other members.
• Unauthorised access to another member's account.

8 Privacy and Data Storage

9 Account Suspension and Closure

1777bdt reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account at any time and for any reason. However, a valid account will not be closed without reasonable cause.

9.1 Reasons for Suspension

• Involvement in the prohibited activities described in Section 7.
• Failure to verify identity or providing false information.
• Extended non-use of the account (inactive account).
• The account holder personally requests account closure.

9.2 Voluntary Account Closure

10 Limitation of Liability

1777bdt's services are provided "as is". The platform does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or complete service. The platform is not responsible for temporary unavailability due to technical maintenance, loss of internet connection, or other reasons.

10.1 Liability for Financial Loss

1777bdt is not liable for financial losses arising from gaming or betting. Members place bets entirely at their own discretion and at their own risk. The platform never guarantees winnings.

11 Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint about any transaction or game result, you must notify support within 48 hours. Complaints submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.

11.1 Complaint Process

• Provide full details including the subject of the dispute, the transaction date, and the reference number.
• After an initial investigation, a decision will generally be communicated within 5 working days.
• For complex disputes, the investigation may take longer — in such cases, the member will be notified in advance.

11.2 Final Decision

The decision of 1777bdt's authority will be considered final. If the investigation finds that the error was on the platform's side, appropriate compensation will be provided.

12 Changes to Terms and Updates

1777bdt reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. For important changes, members will be notified via their registered email or a notice on the site. Continued use of the platform after such notice will be considered as acceptance of the updated terms.

12.1 Severability
